• Manager of multiple designers and technicians, responsible for career development and performance reviews • Provide direction and distribute work to technicians, designers and engineers • Point of contact for multiple clients, responsible for client relationships • Prepare proposals and project fees, managing project budgets and invoices—accountable for fees spent on projects • Prepare and design preliminary concepts and master plans • Communicate with clients/contractors regarding RFI’s and field questions, review shop drawings • Responsible for all drawing content for civil and track drawing packages for projects in Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial markets. • Site grading design, design of underground utilities using Civil3D • Perform site visits, construction observations, produce observation reports, and perform quality control reviews • Coordinate with surveyors, geotechnical engineers and vendors • Travel to job sites to take final project photos and marketing photos • Participation in business development activities and attending trade shows • Participation in committees for new company intranet, new company website, acted in marketing video and mentor program • Coordination of company charitable events
