• Monitored supply chain IT systems and their integrations to ensure suppliers could successfully book transport of goods to Volvo Group warehouses and production plants; • Served as Zendesk administrator, managing configurations and system maintenance to support my and other teams; • Did the technical implementation of the Zendesk ticketing system across multiple teams within the organisation, ensuring a smooth rollout and adoption; • Was involved in different projects to digitalise or improve processes accross different teams and departments.
