At Sky, one of Europe’s leading mobile, media and entertainment companies, I took ownership of a high-impact programme in the mobile sector for Ireland. I successfully led a set of key programmes contributing to the Target Operating Model for Sky Mobile Ireland, integrating 3rd party services, internal operations, and software solutions while navigating complex legal and contractual agreements. ● Delivered Sky’s mobile porting services in Ireland through cross-functional teams and technical/business change projects (BSS/OSS and networks). ● Chaired the regulatory group with ComReg, engaging competitors such as Three, Lyca, Eir, and Virgin Media, becoming a subject matter expert in porting, transit, and transport services. ● Managed the end-to-end RFP process for procuring key products and services, establishing the operational strategy for Sky Mobile Ireland.
