Manage from a Virtual Office, Customer Accounts for Decorative Plastic Components within many industries including; Consumer Electronics, Home Goods, Medical and Automotive. Address commercial and program related activity for existing customer accounts and participate in new business development opportunities. Support tooling, process, delivery related activity while coordinating communication and status from our Asia Factories, (The Uniplas Group) to our Global EMS Customer Base and Sales. Responsible for the identification, reporting and resolution of all quality concerns between our Suzhou China Factory, our Global EMS Customer base and RIM (Research In Motion) our OEM. Instrumental in Program pricing negotiations with RIM Commodity Management Personnel for New Program Pricing and Current Program Restructuring. I represented In-Mold Technology at numerous RIM Supplier Relations Events which included providing input and perspective with their EMS and Sub-Suppliers relationship structure relative to Quality and Tolerancing Requirements. Frequent International Travel; North America, China, Mexico, Europe, Canada and Domestic.
Recruited by Chrysler Corporation to assist them in the development and implementation of their newly established TAG (Tooling Analysis Group) within Chrysler Corporation’s CTC Tech. Center in Auburn Hills Michigan. Through international travel to Turin Italy, I worked closely with Fiat TAG Mgt and Engineering to coordinate a strategic alignment of Fiat TAG and Chrysler TAG processes, roles, and responsibilities as they related to Gage Development. Responsible for TAG coordination and implementation of deliverables into the Chrysler CPCP (Chrysler Product Creation Process). Coordinated Fiat TAG activity abroad with local Chrysler TAG activity for a seamless integration of the new policy.
MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Management of Indirect Material (IMM) for 5 General Motors Manufacturing Plants. 3 Powertrain Plants and 2 Stamping Plants. 2 Ideal Setech Off-Site Warehousing Operations and 48 direct reports. Responsible for P&L, Cost reduction / avoidance, inventory reduction, stabilization and optimization of General Motors Indirect Material Inventory, Pro-Active Asset recovery initiatives, program development and supply chain development / management. * Successfully navigated our MRO Division through General Motors Chapter 11 Filing while maintaining and protecting personnel and profitability, effectively delivering a cumulative Indirect Material Hard Cost Savings in excess of $9M from Nov. 2008 through July 2010.
