To create, lead, manage and be accountable for all aspects of the convenience sector • Responsible for setting the sector strategy, aligned with the overall channel strategy and objectives in order to take calculated risks to benefit the business long term. • Responsible for the Customer Business Planning for the sector and in Field contact and execution plan for MSR's, setting priorities for team as applicable • Total accountability for achieving commercial targets for the sector at total level ensuring people and work processes and in outlet tools are aligned and integrated across business • Responsible for driving and winning new business within the channel (s) including contact strategy for existing and new MSR customers. • Responsible for improving Customer and Employee Attitude Survey scores by agreed level in line with company goals. • Managed and coached my account team to Supplier of the year in Nisa 2014 and licenced supplier of the year in Conviviality Retail 2014.
