During my tenure as CEO of the listed Charter Hall Social Infrastructure Fund (ASX: CQE), I led its growth from a market capitalisation of approximately $20 million to $1.4 billion, with the fund recognised as the ASX 300's best-performing REIT on 12 occasions. My experience spans funds management, property, corporate governance, capital markets, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, business transformation and the leadership of complex, multi-site organisations. I have worked extensively with boards, institutional investors, government agencies, financiers and executive leadership teams to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes and long-term shareholder value. Today I work with boards, investors and executive teams on corporate strategy, governance, organisational renewal, executive leadership and business transformation.
