I assist Guests with discovering their needs in finding meaningful jewelry for every type of occasion as well as creating pieces that they will love for a lifetime. I’m currently the store manager where I currently overseeing everyday tasks. These tasks include monitoring repairs that are taken in and delivered to the guest correctly, insuring special orders are placed correctly and followed up on, shipping and receiving online orders as well as new merchandise, placing maintenance requests, and supply orders as needed, scheduling and hiring associates, trading new associates, monitoring progress on goals and training, as well as encouraging the team in sales.
Assists the store manager in helping the store run smoothly. Runs the store when store manager is out. Trains and leads associates according to policies and reaches out to guests concerning any customer service needed.
