At Accenture, I had the privilege of contributing to Singapore's national initiatives as a member of the Health & Public Services group. My journey encompassed the entire lifecycle of large program delivery, ensuring that projects were executed with precision and efficiency. Business Analyst: Conducted in-depth analyses to gather business requirements and ensured that technical solutions aligned with stakeholder expectations. Functional Lead: Oversaw the functional aspects of projects, ensuring that all processes were streamlined and met the desired outcomes. Test Lead: Managed the testing phase, ensuring that all software components met quality standards and functioned as intended. Deployment/Service Release Management: Coordinated the release of new services and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Application Architect: Designed robust application structures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Sales Support with developing solution or prototypes and demonstrations of the product with sample user-cases to a potential client. Responsible for analysis of Business Processes highlighting inefficiencies and drafting proposals for improvements to internal and client stakeholders. Lead and developed a Proof of Concepts and Benchmarking, demonstrating its solution in the APAC Region covering countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Hong Kong.
