• Evaluate and rank high school football players across the western region. • Determine collegiate fit and competition level for athletes (Division I, FCS, Division II, Division III, NAIA). • Communicate regularly with collegiate general managers, coaches, and recruiting personnel. • Produce and distribute detailed scouting reports to college football programs.
