I have accumulated 5 years of valuable experience in semiconductor manufacturing, where I've gained insights into various aspects of the production process. Additionally, I hold a CompTIA A+ certification, which has allowed me to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and support technical operations. I specialize in training, modifying, and creating scan recipes using KLA Discovery, Puma, and Surfscan tool sets. I work on a self lead or small team basis. My main responsibility and goal is ensuring quality of product, monitoring engineering test. Employing a variety of metrology tools and processes, I very closely follow established best known methods and SOPs. These range from macroscopic scanners to electron microscopes utilizing scattered and reflected light. Additionally I handle inter-department communication and the escalation of priority product to engineering.
At Applied Materials, my job was to verify build quality of product, adhere to government health and safety regulations, and ensure shipping paperwork was correct. My position required having a healthy attention to detail as I was the last line of defense before shipment. Possessing knowledge of each of the product models and the differences between sub types, being able to read schematics, and quickly learn new tooling, was of the utmost importance.
At Benchmark Electronics I worked in a small team to manufacture and test radio electronics for emergency service providers. Contributed to operational goals by working weekends as needed to meet business demands. I managed kit set up and 6S, performed whole line assembly, functional testing, firmware and software changes, and stress tested each unit.
