I've also supported in excess of 80 business to fully exit over the past 6 years.     As Implementation Manager for True Potental I lead the installation and implementation of our web based solution to over 250 directly authorised firms. Elements included: Overall responsibility for the implementation of all firms onto the True Potential system. - Management of True Potential implmementation team to deliver timely and successfull rollouts to firms. - Data migration oversight - Business process analysis - Firm liason and relationship oversight - Project management leadership - Training Course design - Training Course delivery (over 1000 individuals trained) I was also central to the True Potential Head Office recruitment strategy identifying government schemes with local universities to recruit young and highly motivated university graduates. As part of this I negotiated funding covering initial recruitment costs, significantly reducing overhead. Additional Skills: As part of my role as implmementation manager I had overall responsibility for HO system operations, such as Mail Server, Domain Controller , NAS/SAN and network architecture. All of these elements were originally purchased, designed and setup by myself as part of True Potentials original setup. I had overall responsibility for all hardware procurement and purchasing, as well are arranging and setting up financing options. Other notable achievements: The successfull rollout of Gotomeeting across the True Potential operation, most notable example being the implementation of V5 to Positive Solutions IFA Partners successfully using a full web enabled strategy (gotomeeting) to deliver low cost and effective training solution to over 1000 users. The result was successfully delivered within 1 week, with normal business levels barely affected.
