Oversee the implementation, development, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards throughout all phases of our projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery and maximize the benefits of BIM technology.
Collaborate with the BIM Manager and design team to develop and execute BIM models for various projects. Develop and maintain relationships with project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Produce detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and other design documentation as required. Produce and manage BIM template files and standards in accordance with best practices. Provide training and support to project team members on BIM workflows, processes, and software applications. Conducts QA/QC checks on models and work created by other project team members to ensure accuracy and completeness. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, applications, and techniques related to BIM.
Prepare the layout of the project. Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions. Select materials. Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors. Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures. Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives. Work on top of stilts, ladders, and the top beams of buildings. Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications. Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure. Remodel homes and businesses. Install partitions, doors, and windows.
-Maintain and practice safety on the flight line. -Directly responsible for marine operations on the airfield. -Organize arresting gear support for operations. -Coordinate proper logistics, installation, marking, and maintenance on the airfield. -Coordinate airfield Certification and assist in runway repair. -Ensure supervisors maintain efficiency of employees and equipment while conducting operations. -Ensure supervisors are correctly informed to maintain equipment and support airfield operations. -Ensure supervisors are training employees according to the training and readiness standards. -Maintain precise maintenance and landing logs for over $2 million in equipment.
-Cheerfully greet customers and ensure an enjoyable banking experience. -Process customer transactions with speed, accuracy, and attention to positive customer service. -Issue cashier's checks, money orders, temporary checks, and credit card advances. -Balance up to $25,000 in cash with a computer journal daily. -Assist balancing the cash vault, coin machine, and teller cash dispenser. -Prepare and ship checks deposited by all tellers daily. -Log and retain articles of value that are lost by customers. -Solve customer problems and answer questions. -Assist in the training and development of the bank tellers at the branch. -Review and approve transactions tellers following regulation CC guidelines. -Meet quarterly sales goals. -Order cash and coin for normal bank operations while following guidelines for cash limits in the vaults.
