1. Develop new financial products and campaigns for New and Used Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicles including assessing the feasibility, pricing, and profitability. 2. Team lead in innovating and structuring financial products such as Hire Purchase, Agility, and Leasing to drive penetration rate, profitability, and portfolio. 3. Develop and execute strategic business plans to introduce new products/services and increase business volume. 4. Develop business process and business models for new and enhancement of existing product/services, pricing structures, and implementation plan. 5. Develop and update product value propositions, product training materials, product briefing and training, product campaign list, and coordination of system testing of campaigns, programs, and new financial products. 6.
