I understand how to unpack and enable "strategy" with the right technology and doable processes. Currently, I equip large retail and consumer goods brands with the tools to deliver the best customer experiences and drive more revenue through both B2C and B2B channels. Prior to my current role at Salesforce, I worked with hundreds of Technology/Software companies, helping them scale so they can innovate and confidently grow. On the side, I'm gut remodeling (aka, rebuilding) a 100-year-old house and build custom mailbox posts.
