Proudly working for Walgreens Boots Alliance as a 340b Implementation/ Client Relationship Analyst. In this role, I become an expert on the 340b program and apply it across over 60+ hospitals in the Northeast Region of America. With 340b, Patients will have access to affordable healthcare straight from the pharmacy counter with paying for high cost prescriptions down to as low as .01 Cents. I am the main contact between Third party administrators, State department of health, Walgreens, and 340b ESP. In this role, some of the responsibilities I have include: Working with C Level Executives, Review legal documents, Provide Legal documents, Maintain a positive relationship between Walgreens and Covered Entities (hospitals), Continue to learn the program, optimize the program by researching opportunities of adding contract pharmacies to the network, Subject Matter Expert for SENTRY TPA, member of the Pharmacy Engagement committee, Collaborate with BRG's for events, and Express importance of DEI in the organization. I love to learn new practices and new technology that will improve the lives of those in poverty, as well as those who were previously incarcerated. Nominated into this role by the Village President (Mayor) of Lake in the Hills. I am trusted with handling the Police pension of roughly $41 million and to invest this towards employee benefits and to maintain a positive balance throughout the year for future investments. I collaborate with the Police Chief of Lake in the Hills as well as Accountants for the Lake in the Hills to comply with standards and legal matters involving the institution.
Voted in by a Board of Directors by the Lake in the Hills Rotary Club to coordinate, and execute one of Illinois Largest Not for profit festivals: Rockin Rotary Ribfest. Tasked with contracting main entertainment and secondary entertainment, managing a team of 17 over the course of a year, and being a liaison between local governments and organizations. Tasked with researching and obtaining sponsorships, vendors, and setting up across a 3 day period. Setting up and coordinating monthly team calls and ad-hoc meetings with key players while reporting to the executive board. Maintain budget and set up yearly budgets across the board to put in the fest, as well as create seed money for future fests. Post fest tasks include setting up budget with executive board for the Rotary Club to manage across the year for service project locally and globally. Manage social media and marketing budget and content creation through creative means, and local high school involvement for skill development in the youth.
Followed Walgreens mission in giving better healthcare to the world, I managed the NorthEast Region of hospitals in North America to help obtain cheaper Medications for Patients. While managing Covered Entities, I was to retain a clement relationship with internal teams to optimize and gain Increased Access Dollars (IAD) that would result in going back into the patients pockets for cheaper and affordable medications. For best Optimizations, the following duties were performed: •Lead a nationwide project to allow inclusion of Gender X in E-scripts across all Walgreens Pharmacies •Revenue Management - Designated a Subject Matter Expert for TPA Sentry for Prescription Claim Validation, Provided Client relationship between TPA and Walgreens Employees while Solving issues regarding ESP and Client Requests •Participated in providing New York state resources to begin Test trials of the new monkey pox vaccine to allow new healthcare opportunities and options •High Knowledge in 340B ESP regarding Manufacturer restrictions and constant changes in Pharmaceutical drug pricing •Have a high knowledge of SalesForce in obtaining Data, Contacts, Records, and creating daily cases to find issues and resolve issues •Consistently Learning and improving Tableau to offer data tables that can be used for presentations, growth, and opportunities •Maintain a high level presence in working with C-Level Executives and reporting findings related to each Covered Entities programs •Take the lead on new projects that would occur during periods of restrictions by manufacturers •Part take and lead engagement events for Walgreens Employees to come together as a team and lead a better tomorrow •Demonstrate knowledge of over 50 Clients programs to provide Data findings, and better optimization programs to allow IAD •Perform HRSA Audits for Covered Entities to demonstrate the Covered Entities Compliance with Federal Law
I develop relationships with clients and management to increase store sales, add new members and retain existing. I assist and provide advice to Adults and Children to develop informed decisions when buying a new game or console. Educate the public and make them aware on research and how to use new products such as new games, consoles, and accessories. I recommend the best product for even the most specific of cases. Responsibilities also include closing the store, securing the vault by accurately counting and depositing the daily sales money and properly depositing and if the threshold for the vault has been reached. Along with this, self appointed goals are made each day to sell certain product warranties and to keep a membership retention rate at a high percentage for our store as well.
