I hold an MBA from Imperial College London and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy. My commitment to continuous professional development includes the Global Power MBA programme and senior leadership training such as the Siemens EMEA Senior Leadership Course. Combined with extensive international experience across North and Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia, this has given me a broad understanding of financial, commercial and operational dynamics across global markets. As Global Head of Finance for Siemens Energy, I led an international team with financial responsibility across multiple entities in the USA, UK, Norway and Canada. I have delivered major transformation programmes, supported investment in new business units, led restructuring activities and helped establish new manufacturing facilities. Throughout my career, I have worked across complex financial and operational environments, implementing strategies that improved efficiency, strengthened governance and enhanced profitability. My experience spans multiple business cycles, including start-up, growth, maturity, restructuring and decline. I have a strong track record in oil and gas, power generation, aviation, infrastructure, construction and corporate finance. I have led global bids and developed financial strategies to optimise pricing, risk management and project execution, supporting sustainable commercial outcomes. My experience also includes Severn Trent Green Power, a UK-based renewable power generation business with a diversified asset portfolio spanning anaerobic digestion, solar, wind and hydro. As the UK’s largest producer of clean energy from food waste, the business plays an important role in supporting the transition to a more circular, low-carbon economy. I provide end-to-end leadership of the Finance function, including FP&A, treasury, governance and statutory reporting, while supporting strategic growth initiatives such as a c.£250m project finance raise with Santander to fund large-scale solar developments. Alongside my professional career, I have a strong personal passion for innovation, sustainability in energy and infrastructure, and scuba diving, which I have enjoyed for over 31 years.
