Human Resources, At Toyota: People & Innovation As Part of the Toyota Talent Transformation function, I have taken the role of People Engagement Manager. Leading the people engagement team in their own development and the wide variety of topics supporting our Pan European operations across multiple sites and countries. The team covers a multitude of topics; · Wellbeing strategy development and deployment, including Mental health, physical health, persons of trust, employee support programs, EAP Employee Assistance Programs, stress coaching. · Developing wellbeing training for executives, management, and members inc topics such as resilience. · Promotion and communication of our wellbeing programme and support systems, inc all internal communication campaigns. · Employee Motivation surveys: Major cross company surveys, Pulse surveys, inc the development, roll out and follow up. · Working policy development and management; Policies on hybrid working, working time and flexibility, disconnection. · Following and implementing Government driven policies, initiatives, and requirements. · Liaison with internal and external stakeholders: Legal, unions, business partners · Employer Branding activity; Instagram communication campaigns, communication campaigns. · Employee Events; Internal engagement and vitality events: Toyota Days out, volunteering initiatives, sports events, and health awareness. · Employee Milestones: Service recognition policies and events · Support and Liaison with our various ERGs Employee Resource Groups: Dis-Enable, Neurodivergence. Indirect Procurement Leading the team responsible for indirect procurement at Toyota. Over 900 million euro spend with Pan European coverage of a wide variety of categories. · Media and marketing spend, agency selection and management of annual advertising spend targets etc. Supporting all the internal stakeholders from Sales and Marketing at Toyota, Lexus and Kinto. · Contractor management (professional services); cost and supplier relationship management for Suppliers/agencies supporting with contractor supply: interim workers, short term staffing needs and longer-term solutions: R&D engineers, CAD designers and modelers based on site and off site. · Facilities management, Construction projects, site services (security, catering etc), energy buying. · Special vehicle and mobility project support · Pan European responsibility for packaging procurement for all our manufacturing sites, both returnable and nonreturnable export packaging strategy and procurement.
