Working as an IT Product Manager Placement Student at GE Aerospace, supporting Salesforce consolidation project for 2,000+ end users. Previously, I’ve worked with startups and NGOs on market analysis, user testing, and growth strategy.
•Manages multiple Salesforce environments used by 2,000+ users in the Defense and Systems team. • Facilitates bi-weekly agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming) with up to 6 TPMs and developers at the US site. • Writes 3–4 user stories per sprint by liaising with Sales CommOps team to prioritise business requirements, conducts thorough UAT to ensure requirements alignment, and delivers iterative Salesforce feature enhancements. • Optimises Salesforce datasets of 50,000+ records to uncover KPI insights through building actionable dashboards and visual reports.
•Supporting 14 mentees primarily through group chats and email, addressing their academic concerns and guiding them in accessing university services. I facilitate discussions and share resources that foster their personal and academic growth, ensuring they feel empowered and connected, creating a positive impact on their university experience.
• Assisted with two open days, providing tours of the Business School for prospective students. Responsibilities included answering questions about the university and programs, greeting visitors, guiding them to seminar rooms, managing the information booth, distributing prospectuses, and ensuring that attendees found their way.
• INTO Manchester partnered with the University of Manchester to specifically engage and inform prospective students about university life, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. • Engaged with prospective students from diverse backgrounds, providing guidance and fostering an inclusive environment. • Worked with the team to ensure clear, consistent communication to build connections, share experiences, and encourage diversity throughout events. • Connected and encouraged over 50 university applicants at a Welcome Event.
Selected to attend a 4-day Virtual Insight Week with senior Procter & Gamble executives, to understand the inner workings of a multi-billion-dollar FMCG leader. Gained practical insights into FMCG market resilience, product superiority, and the evolution of modern retail sales as a data-driven commercial consultancy. Developed critical corporate skills, including structured problem-solving, executive decision-making under uncertainty, and strategic personal branding.
Had the opportunity to participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions with a professional from Puig, where they shared personal insights about working in a corporate environment. These sessions gave me firsthand guidance on how to behave professionally while navigating different workplace situations.
