I have a bachelor's degree in Communication and am currently a manager and server at Valentina restaurant in training to become the general manager and run the cocktail program for another restaurant in the Leucadia Company. My experience includes over 15 years in both the front and back of the house. I was in management for several years and have worked passionately to develop my skills as a mixologist. In 2020, I created drinks for a liquor company along with being filmed in some commercials for them. Prior to that, I was promoted to management and named employee of the year out of over 150 employees. I've been trained by some of the top mixologists in the US and worked at some of the best establishments in the country, including Hilton's top property. My degree has afforded me the opportunity to have a strong background in sales along with finance. I have over 4 years of successful sales experience ranging from low cost direct-to-consumer sales of entertainment packages, all the way up to managing a $7 million territory with consultative sales. I was responsible for developing relationships with finance managers to increase loan applications that I would review to see if my company would fund the loans. I have been ranked the top monthly salesperson at every company I've worked for and exceeded quotas by as much as 30%. I do believe I have a natural gift when it comes to relationship building, however I also believe it is a skill that I have spent many years studying and developing.
