I support the corporate office staff and team members in the field. I’m the escalation point for our Helpdesk team for more advanced issues and solutions. I work with our IT Director and Systems Administrators and various other departments across the company on critical and ongoing IT projects. I coordinate support with third party teams to ensure that our technology and services are available and reliable.
