As a member of the application production support team at Bank of America, I am tasked with managing job flows, incident management, and implementing changes in the production environment.
As a former Amazon associate, I started out as an L1 sortation associate in one of Amazon’s logistics warehouses, sorting packages and preparing them for drivers to be delivered. I was then promoted to an instructional/administrative role where I trained and coached new warehouse associates, along with overseeing logistics in the warehouse. I eventually went from training warehouse associates to training Amazon delivery drivers, as well as auditing vans to ensure they met state, federal, and company standards.
