Denver, Colorado, United States
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado, with experience providing individual and group therapy to adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, with a focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make sustainable changes. I currently operate my own independent private practice within Atrium’s consortium of practices, where I provide individual therapy in a collaborative and client-centered setting. Alongside this work, I previously served as an Outpatient Therapist at Samaritan Behavioral Health, where I managed a high-volume caseload of up to 80 clients and facilitated therapy groups across both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and outpatient levels of care. This experience strengthened my skills in dual diagnosis treatment, relapse prevention, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration. My background has shaped a strong interest in working with diverse and underserved populations, particularly within community mental health settings. I value team-based care, accessibility, and meeting clients where they are—especially those navigating complex clinical and systemic challenges. I am currently seeking opportunities to join a community mental health center in the Denver metro area, where I can continue to grow as a clinician while contributing to a mission-driven team focused on accessible, high-quality care.

While earning my bachelor's degree at the University of Dayton, I performed the role of Student Supervisor at the University Bookstore. My roles include but are not limited to: general customer service, opening and closing the store, training newly hired employees, and assisting in sales. In the summer and fall of 2021, I developed an online training program from scratch that University of Dayton Retail Operations has now fully implemented into the training process for new hires. Following this implementation, I worked to manage and update the program as well as maintaining the duties of a Student Supervisor.
I held the position of Undergraduate Research Assistant for two different labs in the Psychology department, one being cognition-related and the other focusing on the relationship between social identities and political attitudes/behaviors.
