I pursued my lifelong passion of traveling through South America. I look forward to gaining the experience of living in and navigating through another country. I plan to learn what their culture has to offer and become fluent in Spanish. During this time I will reflect, grow, and develop as a person but most importantly, enjoy what life has to offer as I explore. Expected date of return will be October 2019.

- Provide a process and structure for continuous improvement and project management with a direct focus on improving flexibility and throughput. - Facilitate and lead continuous improvement workshops that address issues such as material flow, cycle time, EQ layout, changeover reduction, 5S, TPM, and scrap. - Bridge the gap of communication within the organization by implementing and managing shop floor management by working with business segment leaders to develop KPIs that focus on improving efficiency in multiple facets of production. - Coach and train the fundamentals of lean manufacturing to by mentoring associates through the DMAIC process and enabling them to develop problem solving skills that will drive improvement.
