I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Park University with a focus on project management. I am currently a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Magna International, a leading automotive supplier. My core competencies are process improvement, team leadership, and continuous improvement. In my current role, I work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving and operational excellence initiatives, using lean six sigma methodologies and tools. I am motivated by creating value for the organization and enhancing the skills and performance of the workforce. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different roles and functions within Magna International, such as logistics/shipping, manufacturing operations, and training. I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
