➢ Responsible for supporting MTBE equipment and maintenance operations of various metrology/inspection/ICPMS equipment by ensuring tools meets uptime targets as well as new tool installation timeline. ➢ Initiated project to automate equipment metrics reporting via PowerBI platform, set up and developed SQL scripts to create data gateway on PowerBI as well as design charts to effectively convey data in an easy-to-understand manner. ➢ Lead and successfully completed project to improve tool uptime through the use of predictive analytics to create and find indicators to pre-empt tool issues and better plan predictive maintenance.
➢ Owner for the equipment matching for LAM FLEX HX tools by driving down tool mismatch related yield loss. ➢ Achieved tool matching targets through data mining by identifying root causes of tool mismatch using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and machine learning to simulate a model of tool performance and addressing them through effective application of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). ➢ Initiated and delivered project to automate key process variables reporting using JMP and VBA scripts to automate the emailing of key charts for reporting to management on health of process line.
