• Responsible for the overall delivery of the Business Grants Portal, from development to operations and maintenance. • Played role of an agile coach to 4 scrum teams and a team of product owners, consisting of both Govtech staff and vendors. I implemented LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) as an agile framework, to increase flexibility and adaptability of the squads and promote product-centricity through the consolidation of multiple backlogs into 1 single product backlog. • Radiated agile metrics using Google Data Studio for the teams to inspect and adapt, emphasizing on 4 key areas: Business Value, Strong Agile Backbone, Sustainable Pace and Sprint Metrics. • Facilitated LeSS sprint events like Combined Sprint Planning, Combined Retrospective and Combined Sprint Review. Experimented with the concept of a sprint bazaar to make it engaging for engineers and stakeholders, while at the same time achieving the main outcome of obtaining increase in feedback. • Coached scrum team members in regular 1-on-1s, to check-in on how I can support them in obtaining purpose and mastery. • Published an agile playbook for GDS and subsequently avail it onto Developers Portal for Whole-of-Government use. • Volunteered as an adjunct agile coach to other Govtech divisions to upskill analysts and project managers in agile methodology. • Challenged status quo on existing agile contracts, collaborating with leadership and audit to move towards outcome-based contracts.
