I have over 15 years of experience in customer service and genuinely enjoy working in customer-facing roles where I can help people achieve their goals. Most recently, I worked as a Client Services Officer/ Paraplanner for Red Diamond Wealth in Ipswich, Queensland, where I supported clients with their enquiries, appointments, and ongoing service needs, drawing on my knowledge of financial services to provide a high level of support. Before that, I worked at Albert, Delany & Elliott Financial Services, a family-owned business, where I not only assisted clients with administrative and financial service-related enquiries but also used my skills in web design to maintain the company’s website and in graphic design to produce marketing materials. Earlier in my career, I worked for a large insurance company with nearly 2,000 employees nationwide, gaining valuable experience working both independently and as part of a team.
