Manager of Engineering for Greenkote, overseeing production, sampling, quotations, and customer interaction. Specializing in zinc thermal diffusion coatings for automotive, transportation, fittings, rubber molded, and other steel parts to add both corrosion protection as well as enhanced adhesion. Thermal diffusion is an environmental friendly alternative to electroplating that can give better corrosion resistance results (up to 5000 hrs salt spray results are possible).
I oversee all capital projects including building, utility, and equipment installations. I am also responsible for the site's environmental and safety compliance including water and air emissions, OSHA compliance, and site audits. Management of all contractors, maintenance, and waste treatment staff.
I run the site's capital program as well as managing the utility department, leading cost savngs and Lean events for utlity consumptions. Engineer in charge of process design for potential tolling agreements.
