As a small business owner I completed and oversaw many functions that a business needs. I also devolved brand strategy, business forms, policies/procedures, marketing, etc. The primary work of my business was technical support, consulting, computer & network repair and installation as well as providing my customers a solution with their technology needs. I have worked on, installed, designed and maintained a variety of hardware, software and network devices including home computers, business workstations, servers, network managed switches, routers, modems, cabling, all windows and mac operating systems, some unix and proprietary operating systems, Point of Sale software and hardware, other software configuration trouble shooting and diagnosis, hardware repair/parts replacement, and more. With over a decade of operating this business I have seen many changes in the information technology world and had to continually adapt to the ever changing technology. I have always prided myself on being able to provide solutions to my customers IT challenges. I have a passion for educating people and assisting them in achieving their goals with technology.
