• Supervise and lead a team of 25 employees in daily fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. • Implement best practices in warehouse operations, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality. • Monitor team performance and KPIs to measure operational efficiency, productivity, and order accuracy, implementing improvements where necessary. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members, helping them grow in their roles. • Responsible for making sure all employees are up to date on all EHS training and procedures
