Perform PM’s on all production equipment. Install machines for second building. Wire and plumb machines for air and water after they were moved into locations. Overhaul machines replacing all bad parts including: bearings, bushings, belts, hoses airlines, rollers and various others parts. Complete rewire of one of the machines due to damaged electrical cabinet in the move. Upgrade machines so they could run the materials. Upgraded controls and plcs. Performed various other mechanical upgrades to run the product. Assisted production in testing of the machines to ensure quality of product. Performed building maintenance. Performed all repairs on the machines currently running at first building.
