Moved to Channel NewsAsia at MediaCorp Singapore as business desk editor and presenter, anchoring major news bulletins. Cross-trained in television and new media. Former national triathlete and fencer. Currently working as executive director of Singapore’s oldest political think tank, the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. Founded Black Dot sports consultancy in 2012 to drive growth of sports sector in Singapore. Appointed as Nominated Member of Parliament of Singapore in 2012 focusing on sports, international affairs, media and defence.
