QA Analyst for Facebook Live products and previously worked with Facebook New Experiences pillar and Content Creation products as well as a brief period with the Privacy team. Duties include: - Acting as primary interface between the Facebook Lead and the Lodestone offshore team. - Monitor the offshore team’s testing progress, quickly resolving any blocking issues and assisting them with tests that require access to sensitive data. - Performing Manual Testing on new and existing features to uncover edge case issues and problems with E2E User Experience on WWW, iOS and Android devices. - Identifying XFN (Cross Functional) issues and working with Engineering from other teams to achieve a cohesive user experience between products. - Subject Matter Expert for all tools used by the QA Analyst team. - Performing logging testing by leveraging Internal tools (Scuba, ID, FBLive debug). - Auditing SEV issues reported by the FBLive QA team and documenting DAP impact by leveraging Internal Daiquery (SQL) tool. - Performing test coverage Audits to ensure Test Plans are up to date and saving valuable time in QA test cycle execution. - Creating tagging solutions for the Videos QA team to use by pushing code changes to our Task Tool plugins using VSCode@FB. - Identifying gaps in coverage in our FBLive QA team's test plans and creating test cases to ensure maximum coverage in high impact areas. - Escalating Automation failures during my Oncall rotation for the Onsite Videos QA team and verifying flaky tests are working as expected.
