At the core of my approach as Chief Architect is a clear principle: industrialize technology at scale to transform platforms into engines of organizational growth. By embedding Infrastructure as Code, Ops as Code, AIOps, and automation frameworks, I’ve consistently cut delivery times, reduced manual effort, and improved platform stability for clients across industries from financial services and insurers to aerospace, transport, and energy. To drive both quality and collaboration, I implemented a peer-review model for all architectural solutions, creating space for diverse insights and shared learning. The result was more resilient designs and a stronger sense of joint ownership aligned to enterprise strategy A few of the milestones I’m most proud of include: Honored in 2021 as a DXC Master Architect (Tech Honors), I remain passionate about aligning architecture strategies to broader transformation goals encompassing cloud adoption, AI/ML integration, observability, orchestration, and enterprise-grade resilience. Platform Scale - Architected and scaled Platform X, the world’s largest domain-separated, multi-instance ServiceNow platform. Platform Resilience – Directed twice yearly upgrade cycles across 8 global production platforms, achieving vendor recognized cadence and reinforcing platform dependability. Digital Adoption - Rolled out ServiceNow Mobile to 3.3M+ global users, driving enterprise-wide accessibility and engagement. GenAI Innovation - Pioneered Now Assist integration, positioning DXC among the first MSPs to operationalize ServiceNow’s GenAI and contributing to recognition as ServiceNow EMEA Partner of the Year (GenAI, 2025). Led platform architecture and product management for DXC's global ServiceNow-driven Platform X. Directed design authority, roadmap execution and innovation across a global team. Key achievements: • Scaled Platform X to a multi-instance ServiceNow environment, recognized globally as the largest of its kind. • Led biannual ServiceNow upgrades across 8 production instances, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow’s release cadence, maintaining platform stability and enabling continuous access to new features. • Rolled out the ServiceNow Mobile App to over 3.3 million users, improving accessibility and driving global adoption. • Positioned DXC as one of the first MSPs to implement GenAI Now Assist, showcased at Knowledge24 and contributing to recognition as EMEA Partner of the Year (GenAI 2025). • Collaborated with client and account teams (AIG, Transport NSW, Suncorp, London Markets, Rolls Royce, RTX) to embed Platform X into major transformation programs.
Appointed during DXC’s formation (CSC and HPE merger) to unify architecture teams and scale PDXC. Key achievements: • Scaled PDXC to 13 production instances, supporting 400+ clients and over 2 million users worldwide. • Embedded Infrastructure as Code, Ops as Code and automation-first frameworks, reducing server build time from three weeks to under an hour. • Onboarded major offerings (iSecOps, Workplace & Mobility, PaaS4SAP) into orchestration, driving enterprise adoption. • Stabilized platform delivery for critical accounts such as Leonardo UK through stakeholder engagement and platform recovery efforts. • Recognized at ServiceNow Knowledge18 as the world's leading MSP multi-instance platform.
