I have a strong interest in taxation, superannuation, corporate structuring and commercial advisory work. Prior to joining Wallmans, I worked as a law clerk in private practice and advisory settings, including an internship at the Supreme Court of South Australia. As a law clerk, I worked across a number of practice areas to broaden my knowledge, including corporate and commercial, personal injury and tax. This has enabled me to develop skills in legal research, drafting, judgment analysis, client communication and the ability to work under time pressures.
I am a member of the Wallmans Taxation and Superannuation team, with a strong interest in taxation, superannuation, corporate structuring and commercial advisory work. I provide assistance on matters involving corporate and trust structures, tax disputes, superannuation issues, commercial agreements and legislative interpretation. My previous experience enables me to look at matters from a technical legal position whilst also understanding commercial objectives of clients.
