Nick oversees the legal aspects of the Main Street Lending Program, a facility created by the Fed to help small businesses through the COVID pandemic. Main areas of focus include commercial lending, bankruptcies, workouts, lending regulations and his old nemesis, the LIBOR transition. Nick has also specialized in legal matters relating to investment law with a focus on derivatives, Dodd-Frank Regulations, and municipal bonds. He also has spent much of his career doing pro bono eviction defense for low income tenants in the Boston and New York areas. Nick is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
Advising financial services companies on general corporate and compliance matters, including ISDA documentation, derivatives agreements, securities laws and the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act.
