Starting at the early stages of this particular company. I worked very closely with the founder, CEO. To help create leads. By door to door qualifying and booking appointments for financial planning and investing services. As time went on the CEO and I decided to do some recruiting and move into a suburban office. Following “the programs” direction. During this chapter we had a direct team of two property salesmen/managers. (One being myself). Managing a team of 6 consultants. Two seasoned and experienced brokers and a Canstar award winning accountant. During my time. I experienced a high pressure, High reward work environment with Hard hitting but achievable Kpi’s. I gained experience in cold calling and surveying, booking and general Phone skills. Being a property manager felt more as a property coach my main occupation and time spent was for training my consultants and helping them grow into successful salesmen. My other important part of my occupation was being a property salesman and a financial expert. Helping to find the best affordable property investments for the families I worked with to help reach their financial goals and be finically free.
Along side with working with Sjs wealth solutions. My sole-trader business was used to help their brother-business generate the same amount of leads and appointments and sales by adapting what I learned from Sjs wealth solutions. During my time at Perth solar savers I helped the teams hit strict kpi’s and helped reach their own personal set goals by giving group and one on one training. I believe this was easily achieved as I helped out in the recruitment process.
