Collaborate with Product teams to deliver new functionality within the Apprivo mortgage origination platform. Designed and implemented the first Dynamic Pricing Engine for Equity Release products. Heavily tested which has ensured there has been zero issues raised in the two years it has been live in a Production environment. The work done here was then used as the base for four other clients using a similar pricing method. Upgraded clients ability to self-configure financial products, improving speed to market, by improving and adding new functionality. Worked closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into scalable solutions. Supported product strategy through market-driven feature enhancements.
Acted as the primary technical interface between BEP and Finova, triaging and resolving complex platform issues. Reduced open support tickets from 100+ to single digits through improved triage and problem resolution processes. Became the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Product & Pricing Engine. Delivered product demonstrations during RFP processes, supporting new client acquisition. Designed and delivered training programs for developers and clients on product configuration and catalogue creation. Provided detailed technical handovers and test cases to engineering teams.
