The (Assistant) Project Manager is the main link between operational teams and management. Projects Scope: -Application Chassis: ESC, DAE( EPS), AMVAR (Adaptive suspension), EBB, sensors, (wheel speed sensors, Level sensors, Master-vac) Project Stages: -Development: manage project development: technical situations, defects, parts delivery, derogations, APQP etc. -Serial Life: manage BE/OR configuration + SW/CAL/DOTE Main Deliverables: Dashboard: +Contains the assembly of deliverables( deliverable identification, target date) +Status of each deliverable: closed, ongoing, delay, not started +Updated on company platform weekly Officialisation validations +Deliverable under checklist format in order to check all items before validate any of them (HW ,SW, CAL DOTE) DOTE request +Performe the DOTE request in case of : update of vehicle dictionary with new specifications Issue Management(eg. bug fixes during development or engineering changes) EC (Engineering Change) management
