Niccolo is the founding Principal of Environmental Productions. We established our firm in 1993 on East Colfax in Denver as an integrated architecture, planning and engineering consultancy. Our company goals are to advance the sustainability of our cities through adaptive-reuse; Transit-Oriented Designs (TOD); Urban and Suburban infill; cultivating communities which evolve into mixed-use pedestrian friendly environments.     Co-Developer of a "kit of parts" approach to teach Youth citywide about city planning and architecture. Children ages 5 to 18 are invited to explore community planning and development through collaboration and art. The competition rubric challenges teams of youth to build 3 virtual city blocks to scale with LEGO building blocks in a time frame of about two weeks. The city blocks will be brought together and collaboratively assembled into a community with roadways, alleys, and green space within an one and a half hour time frame during the Voices on Canvas Youth Art Festival.

    A Beautiful Equation is a new documentary film Produced and Directed by Robin Truesdale that explores the humanitarian philosophies of physicists Albert Einstein and Niels Bohr through stories told by eight women – grandmothers! The film follows the women through five weeks of rehearsals for a theatrical presentation written and directed by Boulder icon Len Barron , and culminates with their poignant performances on stage. As the great minds and hearts of Einstein and Bohr are revealed, the women also reveal their own personal stories gleaned from their years of experience and knowledge. Beyond the stage presentation, the grandmothers bring their own wisdom and insights to the screen, radiating exuberance and a sense of play as they discuss critical contemporary issues. A film to delight all ages, and to remind us that one doesn’t have to be a genius to be fair or playful, or to do things beautifully...

Included raising the ceiling from 11 feet to 18 feet to expose the steel girders and armature which support the main tower of the school , new stage quality floor, accessible ramp, and stairs.
