I generally represented clients in litigation involving employment law, personal injury, property damage, real estate, and contract claims in the state and federal courts of Nebraska and surrounding states. I have extensive experience in the railroad industry including FELA, LIA, SAA, FRSA, and OSHA matters. I've represented both commercial and individual clients in civil litigation, negotiations, mediations, contracts, and employment matters. I also handled guardianships, conservatorships, and probate matters. I also served on the Strategic Planning Committee for the law firm.
Co-founded boutique law firm representing the transportation industry in litigation involving personal injury, property damage, FELA / LIA / SAA / FRSA / OSHA, real estate, and employment law claims in the state and federal courts of Nebraska and surrounding states. After my law partner retired, the law firm was merged with Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP.
