Project Manager for: ESB Minor civils framework Solar farm EBoP construction and grid connections.
Project Co ordinator for civils projects undertaken by TLI Group on Transmission and substation contracts, with a major focus on safety. Duties include: ▪ Management of Labour and Plant. ▪ Design co-ordination. ▪ Supervision of subcontractors. ▪ Implementation and management of the companies ISO quality management system. ▪ I manage, maintain and implement the construction programme. ▪ I am responsible for the accurate preparation of the weekly and monthly progress reports. ▪ Proactively implementing a high standard of health and safety on site.
Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessor for New and Existing dwellings. I advised customers on the options available to them in order to improve the energy efficiency of their home/property. I provided design reports to clients to ensure compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations.
