I am an emerging leader in virtual care with a diverse range of experiences in maternal and child health research. Specifically, my work focuses on the effective use and scale of digital health tools and systems to deliver mental health services during the perinatal period. I received my PhD from the University of Toronto (2024) and am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Women's College Hospital.

• Worked to enhance the presence of learning opportunities about Artificial Intelligence in healthcare in courses within the Master of Health Informatics program. • Completed an environmental scan to develop a database of grey literature resources relevant to specific courses and learning objectives. • Conducted informal qualitative interviews with faculty to help assess readiness for change and opportunities to support syllabus changes.
• Responsible for overseeing the perinatal mental health research program for the Principal Investigator, including 5+ clinical research studies and multiple projects driven by health administrative data. • Supervised the research assistant, summer students, and research volunteers; ensuring that work is completed accurately, in a timely manner, and according to grant budget and research ethics guidelines. • Helped with grant submissions, participated in knowledge translation activities, and ensured contracts with stakeholders were developed and kept up-to-date according to project needs.
• Ran all aspects of two randomized controlled trials related to mood disorders in pregnancy, including (but not limited to): recruitment, administration of questionnaires, maintaining up-to-date research ethics documentation, and grants management. • Developed databases and data dictionaries to facilitate data entry and analysis. • Assisted with grant proposals and writing and formatting manuscripts.
