I am a communication professional with a management mindset, with 3+ years of hands-on experience across publishing, media, music and cultural events, FMCG, beauty, and interior design. My path has taken me across multiple roles: from intern to Communication Lead & Project Executive, from author/publishing project lead to startup founder and freelance creative lead. Working across industries, business models, and overlapping scopes has trained me to adapt quickly, perform well under pressure, and maintain steady performance in fast-changing environments. At AZ Vietnam, I published 3 solo-authored books and contributed to 6 co-authored projects, including one title that sold nearly 100,000 copies and remained in the Top 10 best-selling titles for 2 consecutive years. At P MEDIA, I progressed from intern to Communication Lead & Project Executive, directly managing personnel, coordinating multiple teams, working with both local and international clients, and becoming the sole executive on the company’s first international project, which also became the highest-revenue project of 2025 for the communications department. Alongside that, I am the founder of 5P Creative Hub, a project that grew from a university capstone into an operating media, event, and creative venture. There, I have been involved in positioning, fundraising, communication, operations, finance–legal coordination, and relationship management.
