***Entity: Shopee Express Viet Nam + Conducted reporting and forecasting of the P&L performance report of Shopee Express Viet Nam. The report has been submitted and reviewed by the Regional Shopee Express BI team in Singapore. + Build datamart, and prepare report dashboards for the Finance Operation team. Language: presto SQL. Tool: Shopee BI tool based on Apache Superset. + Review pricing unit (revenue) and rider incentive (cost) to find cost optimization opportunities. + Develop mini tools to support automation initiatives. Report directly to Group Head of Software & Analytics of ASH (Asia Strategic Holdings). Manage the scope of work for two countries: Myanmar and Vietnam. Data: - Be accountable for the full stack of the data cycle: ETL, BI Report, Database sharing with external partners. - Be proficient with AWS Services: + ETL (Event Bridge, Glue, Lambda, EC2, Athena, S3); + BI Report (EC2, Athena, Elastic IP Address, API Gateway); + Database sharing (S3 cross-account access); + Audit log and notification (Step Function, Athena, SNS); + Cost management (Cost Explorer, Resource Group for tagging). - Be proficient with BI Tools: + MS PowerBI (connect with AWS); + Superset (open-source tool, built from scratch, connect with AWS) Product (CRM application): - Involve deeply in transformation project as the main technician: + The project changes all aspects of the way of working of Wall Street Vietnam and Myanmar; + Advise the Business team on technical solutions to fit their requirements; + Clean data, configure CRM workflows, integrate platforms to generate electronic documents (receipt, contracts). - Be proficient with Hubspot (SaaS) and its ecosystem: Zapier, Insycle, SignaturIT, NSE from Wall Street International. - Be proficient with Hubspot API. Analytics: - Involve deeply in resource capacity budgeting model from a data perspective: + The model provides the forecasting of matching the number of teachers (supply) with the number of students (demand) to optimize the recruiting process; + Work closely with Wall Street International to understand shared database; + Advise the FP&A on the data consuming approach; + Provide data input for the model; + Model automation; - Advise the Business team on monitoring metrics to draw the performance picture of the sales staff.
Digital Excellence Center - Data Governance Block - Data Structure Team: - Cooperate with vendor AWS Singapore to design Data Governance Strategy and Data Governance Operating Model. - Understand data pipeline on AWS Cloud and apply to segmentation model. - Cooperate with vendor TechX Vietnam (+AWS Singapore) to implement Metadata Tool. - Manage Business Metadata for the bank: standardize data and make sure it is implemented in the bank. - Understand database with DBA team for analysis report and case studies. - Involve in many E2E projects (credit granting, collateral management, deposit) as a Data Governance to monitor data standardization, data quality.
Finance Division - Retail Banking Business Finance - Senior Financial Analyst: - Manage data mart for Business Finance. - Build data mart supporting for forecasting and budgeting project. - Build and/or mine database for further analyzing on case studies. - Perform forecasting and make monthly performance report for Retail Banking Division. - Review product performance and pricing approval.
Financial Services Office: - Involve in many engagements: life insurance, general insurance, branch in Viet Nam of foreign banks, Viet Nam commercial banks.
