I am head of the Procurement and Quantity Surveying department, specializing in procurement management, budget development, and cost control throughout the lifecycle of large-scale industrial, airport, and data center projects, from the design phase through to construction completion. In addition, I serve as Project manager, leading the projects range from major international (Shoes, Garments & Textile) multi-disciplinary to processing industrial facilities (Chemistry, F&B, Toy manufacturing). Experience in consulting and managing the full scope projects such as project schedule, financial budget and cashflow, executing tender package, technical design and construction management (Construction cost up to $ 500 Mln, investment cost up to $ 1.3 Bln). Proficiency in computer skills (Project, Design, Office and Planning) Well hand sketch. Experience in Sustainable Design and Green building (1 LEED Platinum, 7 Gold, 1 Silver, LOTUS AP).
