• Led the strategic vision, product lifecycle, and end-to-end delivery of the bank app's flagship Generative AI/LLM chatbot, evolving the platform from a legacy keyword-based FAQ bot into a hyper-personalised financial companion. • Successfully advised and collaborated with Data Science, Engineering, and Risk/Compliance clans to navigate complex regional regulatory frameworks (such as OJK data-residency rules), ensuring technical compliance while scaling LLM architectures via frameworks like AWS Bedrock. • Orchestrated a cross-functional alignment strategy across multiple product clans, customer operations teams, and external technology vendors, establishing robust response-verification gates and safe whitelisting protocols to secure a smooth public release.
• Won a government project as part of a 6-man team, which helped the company to secure another 4 years contract in developing solutions complementing the regulations enacted by the environment authority. • Assessed the scope of the client’s requests and devised the development timeline, manpower allocation and costing. All solutions developed were within reasonable budget and delivered before stipulated dateline. • Conducted briefing and training sessions for client and their stakeholders, which helped them to familiarise with the system. Managed to reach out to over 100 companies in training them to use the system. • Engaged the client actively from the design phase to post implementation phase, working closely with the client to meet their business needs. This streamlined the operations, allowing the authority to process over 10,000 applications in the first month. • Designed and developed enforcement dashboard for the immigration authority, which consolidated and organised user’s daily tasks. Hence, this doubled the amount of cases processed daily.
