- Weekly and Monthly Reports Containing Market Outlook, Overall Lifting and Rates Feedbacks. - Prospect and Forecast of Vessel Spaces (Managing Allocations) to be updated to the Principal’s office on a daily basis. - Itinerary plan-up for weekly sales visits, which feedbacks and pricing issues to be submitted on a daily basis. - Liaison with overseas agents on any sales leads or information - Managing and Monitoring of Credit Accounts - Present, promote and sell Company’s product & services to existing and prospective customers (Selling of services from Singapore out to Intra Asia & Middle-East sectors (Gulf, Red Sea, India Sub-Continent) - Maintain and develop existing customers relationship for business concern - Develop potential customers through cold calling to expand customer base - Achieve pre-set sales targets and other objective within stipulated timeline - Expedite resolution of customer’s problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Provide quotations to customers in coordination with Trade Managers in charge for approval - Conduct market identification efforts to analyse territory/markets potential - Prepare and present reports on customer’s profile, competitors activities, sales performance and trade reports to management and principal - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other relevant departments
