In waste water treatment plant project Civil/Infrastructure work: Presenting of Client to control Civil/infrastructure Construction activities are inaccordance with all applicable customer’s and civil standards • Managing overall schedule and quality each iteam on project, Pushing contractor to ensure our schedule on time and safely! • Inspect,and solve all matters on site • Ensure all activities carry out on site safely, coordination with another team for getting a good result • Review the design drawing, method statement,ITP and cooperate with other teams for correct action accordance with all applicable customer’s • Check and review Minute of Acceptance from contractor • Joint weekly, monthly meeting with Client and contractor to solve all matter involve quanlity, safely and general schedule on site Detail on site: • Checking Pressing PHC pile (D400,D500mm) on MBBR tank, digester, influent pumping station.. ( testing MT at construction joint,static load test for test pile,check capacity of pile tip) • Checking DCM work, coring sample and testing at Lab for vetify CDM quality • Checking Concrete sheet pile installation at dyke for flood protection, installing anchor rod,gabion cage for protecting dyke at river side • Checking K density and dimention for foundation,after pumping sand along dyke side,installing settlement plate for monitoring settle • Check safety condition before excavation work, retire wall • Check formwork, rebar before casting concrete baseslab, colomn, beam for MBBR tank • Check steel structure installation • Check contractor civil work package and plants for area to be developed • Check cement grade and slump requirements • Review certificate of cement, steel, sand, aggregates, water and Mix Design Monitoring the placement and vibrating of the concrete • Review of batching plant calibration • Check for parameter of batching plant before concrete pouring as per design mix • Monitoring the concrete surface and grout pocket finish
-Paper works: Review all documents ( method statement, inspesction and testing plan, Specifications, checking shop drawings....) - Site works: driving PHC piles offshore and onshore, concrete works for foudation for wind turbine generation and link bridge, anchor cage installation....
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned projects. Responsible for safety security, health and. The main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site. Organizing and supervising materials and people. Agree the price and oversee the choice for materials to be used on the project. Mark out the site, make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the site manager. Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants. Levelling and surveying a site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development. Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. Prepare proposal documents and presentations. Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities. Compile and present reports explaining project details. Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws. Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support. Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines. Maintain quality control in every area (budget, scheduling, planning, personnel performance, team dynamics). Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants in order to provide needed assistance and technical support. Reviewing engineering deliverables; initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project life-cycle. Plan the work to be done and organize things so that deadlines are met.

Ensure quality of work as specification of design. Ensure construction according to customer requirements and design drawings. Ensure all activities on time Cooperate with HSE team for safety matter on site Review the design and cooperate with design team for correct action incase there are unsuitable matters related to design happened on site. Check Bill of Quantity for project with QS team. Check specification and make request. Ensure equipment to site has correct specification and delivery on time. Manage all construction include installation of new project or upgrade/ modifying work. Inspect all activities on site
