My work goes beyond traditional HR. I partner directly with BU Heads and senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development — while building the analytics infrastructure that makes HR decisions faster and smarter. What sets me apart: I automate the manual — and increasingly, I build the tools myself. Using AI-assisted vibe coding, I'm currently developing a customized HRIS for MoMo's fieldforce: a system designed from the ground up to reflect how a large, operationally complex sales workforce actually operates — not how off-the-shelf HR software assumes it does. Think role-based access, promotion/demotion logic, competency tracking, and real-time performance visibility — built for the people on the ground, not just the people in the office. Beyond that: Looker Studio dashboards with row-level permissions, Google Apps Script automation, and AI-assisted workflows that cut manual HR workload and give business leaders on-demand people insights.
