I partner directly with BU Heads and senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development — while building the analytics infrastructure that makes HR decisions faster and smarter. What sets me apart: I automate the manual — and increasingly, I build the tools myself. Using AI-assisted vibe coding, I'm currently developing a customized HRIS for MoMo's fieldforce: a system designed from the ground up to reflect how a large, operationally complex sales workforce actually operates — not how off-the-shelf HR software assumes it does. Think role-based access, promotion/demotion logic, competency tracking, and real-time performance visibility — built for the people on the ground, not just the people in the office. Beyond that: Looker Studio dashboards with row-level permissions, Google Apps Script automation, and AI-assisted workflows that cut manual HR workload and give business leaders on-demand people insights. At MoMo's Payment Division, I lead HR across 6 business units — managing everything from competency frameworks and pay mix design to mass recruitment and culture-building for a fast-scaling fieldforce. Be responsible for setting up HR Function for a start-up company including Recruitment, Policy, C&B, L&D, and Engagement.
- On-boarding process: welcome newcomers, human resources documents for newcomers, set up laptop and work desk; Exit process for leavers. - Employee Engagement Activities: Employee Happy Birthday, Long-year service. - Prepare job descriptions for advertising positions; screen and review resumes against specific requirements, schedule interviews and/or conduct interviews as needed, prepare candidate summaries to facilitate further candidate consideration and follow up with candidates on status or as needed to clarify details related to their background, scope of work, or other matters.
